Job Description
Main purpose of role:
Taking responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high quality standards for fit out projects
Scope:
Assistant Project Managers /project manager assist on a wide range of Fit out projects of all sizes and dimensions.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Project Manager on a range of tasks, to include: Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project Producing project plans Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators Tracking and documenting changes Preparing written project communication materials Preparing formal project progress and other reports Liaising with the client, contractors and designers Attending meetings and drafting minutes, etc Preparing presentation materials for client pitches, etc Inputting key information into the Turner & Townsend internal database Reporting Depending upon context, an Assistant Project Manager is likely to report to a Project Manager or Senior Project ManagerKey Performance Indicators
Tasks are completed to the right accuracy and quality standards Tasks are completed efficiently and on time Client needs are dealt with in a helpful and attentive way The cross-functional team is supported in a helpful and positive manner An effective contribution is made towards the overall project Key information and data are effectively communicated and appropriately retained#LI-PK1
Qualifications
Education - Diploma or – Civil, Mechanical & Electrical. Experience in Fit out, Civil structural is preferred, corporate fit out experience is a must You should have relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy in India, be degree educated in a relevant construction subject and have good technical skills. 3 - 15 years of post-qualification experience in similar role. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.#LI-PK1
