Sales and Business DevelopmentIdentify and engage potential clients in key B2B segmentsInitiate outreach via calls, emails, and networking to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.Track and manage sales progress to achieve and exceed targets.2. Customer Engagement and AcquisitionDeliver compelling sales pitches, addressing client needs and resolving objections effectively.Oversee seamless customer onboarding, ensuring a positive transition to Convogenie.ai services.3. Product Expertise and DemonstrationsConduct tailored product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and ROI for potential clients.Provide technical support during demonstrations to instil client confidence and gather valuable feedback.4. Strategic Growth and Market InsightsDevelop and execute strategies to acquire new business opportunities in alignment with company objectives.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify areas for innovation and growth.5. Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring timely support and issue resolution.Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.6.
