Job Role:Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Trainer) Type:Contract - Fully Remote/Part Time(half day- 3- 4hrs per day) Start date:Immediate/ ASAP About the Role We are seeking an experiencedOracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultantwith a strong background inend-to-end implementation and functional training . The role requires ahands-on expertwho can design, deliver, and facilitatemodule-specific training sessionsfor internal teams and clients — ensuring bothfunctional understandingandpractical applicationacross Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will combinedeep functional knowledge ,excellent presentation and communication skills , and apassion for knowledge transferto upskill HCM users, consultants, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Conduct structuredfunctional and end-user training sessionsacross Oracle Fusion HCM modules. Developtraining materials, process documentation, simulations, and knowledge assessments . Design and executelearning roadmapsaligned with organizational training needs. Deliver bothfunctional processandhands-on system configurationtraining. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve course content. Support internal capability-building for new HCM functionalities and quarterly updates. Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure accurate, up-to-date training content. Providefunctional mentoringfor consultants and client-side HR teams. Leadtrain-the-trainer (TTT)sessions for client stakeholders. Required Experience and Skills 10+ yearsof overall experience inOracle Fusion HCM(minimum 2–3 full-cycle implementations). 3+ yearsexperience as aTrainer / Coach / Knowledge Enablement Consultant . Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Proven experience indeveloping learning content, eLearning modules, and user adoption materials . Ability to translate business processes into system training effectively. Hands-on configuration experience and practical understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities.
