We are committed to promoting social harmony and equal opportunity, welcoming candidates from all backgrounds.Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated individual to take ownership of building, managing, and promoting our community's digital infrastructure, including content management and discourse systems. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to create and curate engaging content that drives meaningful community participation.This role offers exceptional learning opportunities with comprehensive training provided in CMS and enterprise management systems.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain the community's content management systemManage and moderate the discourse platform to ensure constructive engagementCreate and curate content that resonates with diverse community membersCollaborate with the project principal through regular in-person meetingsSupport multilingual accessibility, with initial focus on Tamil and English contentHelp ensure technology does not become a barrier to community participationRequired QualificationsEssential:Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skillsEnglish proficiency (spoken and written) - minimum Class VIII levelMathematics proficiency - minimum Class VIII levelTamil proficiency (spoken and written) - minimum Class X levelComfortable with computers, tablets, and mobile devicesPreferred (not required - training will be provided):Exposure to programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, PHP)Familiarity with additional Indian languagesExperience with server operating systems (Linux, FreeBSD)Knowledge of Content Management Systems (WordPress, Drupal)Working ArrangementMinimum Commitment: 20 hours per weekOn-site Requirements: 6 hours per week in Madurai (2-3 days)Virtual Meetings: 2 hours per week with remote stakeholdersFlexibility: Part-time or full-time options availableCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: ₹10,000 per monthGuaranteed Performance Bonus: Minimum 20%Comprehensive training in all required software systems at no costOpportunity for contract extension and role expansion
