Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role in the restaurant industry or related domains.

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Familiarity with bug tracking systems and version control tools.

Understanding of agile development methodologies and the ability to work in an agile environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
