This role will allow you to blend your finance and audit expertise with technology-led solutions in a rapidly evolving industry. You will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy of FARs, driving compliance, advising on accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, USALI, etc.), and adding professional depth to our consulting projects.Key ResponsibilitiesFixed Assets Accounting & AuditPrepare, review, and reconcile Fixed Asset Registers (FAR) across industries.Ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, and other applicable standards.Support statutory and internal audits with complete asset reporting.Verification & TaggingOversee and validate physical verification, tagging, and reconciliation projects.Ensure accuracy of barcode/RFID-based tagging and mapping outputs.Advisory & Professional InputsProvide expert advice on asset capitalization, disposals, depreciation, impairment, and revaluation.Guide clients on asset lifecycle management and financial implications.Collaboration & Quality ControlWork closely with on-ground verification teams, analysts, and clients’ CFO offices.Build audit trails and documentation for transparency and compliance.Tech-driven Asset ManagementContribute to the adoption of AI, drones, RFID, semiconductor chips, and software platforms in Fixed Asset Management.Collaborate in the development of new processes and solutions.Preferred Candidate ProfileChartered Accountant (CA) – freshly qualified or with up to 5 years’ experience.Semi-Qualified CAs with relevant asset management/audit experience will also be considered.Strong knowledge of Fixed Assets accounting, audit procedures, and FAR preparation.Exposure to large corporates, manufacturing, hospitality, or retail audits preferred.Strong analytical, reconciliation, and documentation skills.Ability to interact with CFOs, senior finance teams, and auditors with professionalism.Willingness to work in dynamic, project-based environments with travel across client sites.What We OfferOpportunity to specialize in an emerging niche domain of Fixed Assets Management.Exposure to global best practices and advanced technologies.High level of professional independence and direct client-facing roles.Career growth in a fast-scaling consulting + tech company.Competitive compensation with performance-based growth opportunities.Why Join Us?At Assets Roster, you won’t just be working as a Chartered Accountant — you’ll be building a new professional category.
