The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our financial services, and generating leads/sales through outbound calling.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.Explain products and services clearly and professionally.Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.Build good customer relationships and ensure a high level of service.Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle customer queries confidently.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred).Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Eligibility:Freshers welcome.Candidates with up to 1 year of telesales/telecalling experience preferred.Work Type:Full-time (On-site)Immediate joiners preferred.
