We are seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to lead audience acquisition and end-to-end management of multiple online and offline events & campaigns, while also driving new business by onboarding new clients for webinar services and B2B offline campaigns.Job Responsibilities:Audience AcquisitionDevelop and execute audience acquisition strategies for online & offline events, conferences, and campaigns across industries.Leverage multi-channel outreach (email/SMS campaigns, social media, tele-calling, affiliates, and database marketing) to maximize attendance and engagement.Build and maintain high-quality B2B databases, ensuring accurate targeting and segmentation for campaigns.Event & New Business onboarding new clients for webinar services and B2B campaignsLead end-to-end execution of multiple events simultaneously, from planning to delivery.Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event operations and logistics.Oversee budget planning, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations to maximize ROI.Implement data-driven strategies to track and measure event success (ROI, conversion, customer engagement).Stakeholder & Client ManagementManage senior client relationships, ensuring impeccable service delivery and resolution of escalations.Partner with sponsors, partners, and CXO-level executives to build strategic alliances and long-term engagement.Align with internal cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, creative, tech) to ensure project objectives are met.Qualifications10+ years of experience in audience acquisition, new business acquisition for webinars, campaign management and stakeholder engagement.Proven track record of driving audience acquisition for large-scale conferences, webinars, forums, or brand campaigns.Hands-on experience in P&L management, budget optimization, and ROI tracking.Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Strong analytical ability and comfort with CRM tools, data analytics, and reporting dashboards.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.🎓Bachelor’s degree with MBA/PGDM preferred.
