Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance & Accounts Manager, located in Erode. The selected candidate will oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and tax compliance. Job Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, with mandatory experience in construction or infrastructure domain Strong hands-on experience with project accounting and cost management Proven experience of tax compliance, including GST, income tax, and auditing procedures Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and developing business strategies Leadership and team management experience, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other relevant applications Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage Prior experience in a finance and accounts management role, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry, is required
