Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance & Accounts Manager, located in Erode. The selected candidate will oversee and manage the company‘s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and tax compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial performance, and providing strategic financial recommendations to senior management. The role also involves ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements and leading a team in delivering financial reports in a timely and accurate manner. Qualifications Strong accounting and financial management skills, including proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and cost managementIn-depth knowledge of tax compliance, including GST, income tax, and auditing proceduresProficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and developing business strategiesLeadership and team management experience, with strong interpersonal and organizational skillsProficiency in financial software and tools, such as Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other relevant applicationsDetail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantagePrior experience in a finance and accounts management role, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry, is beneficial
