The selected candidate will oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and tax compliance. Job RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, with mandatory experience in construction or infrastructure domainStrong hands-on experience with project accounting and cost managementProven experience of tax compliance, including GST, income tax, and auditing proceduresProficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and developing business strategiesLeadership and team management experience, with strong interpersonal and organizational skillsProficiency in financial software and tools, such as Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other relevant applicationsDetail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantagePrior experience in a finance and accounts management role, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry, is required
