Customer success is at the core of our strategy in order to maintain customer satisfaction as well as grow our existing customer base. This is a critical role providing essential sales support to our Customer Success field sales team. We're looking for intelligent, motivated and organized people to take responsibility for the management, development, maintenance and timely delivery of effective customer success solutions ranging in complexity and scale.The Customer Success portfolio includes Success Subscriptions, Success Credits, Education subscriptions, Premier Support, Managed Services, Success Management plus traditional statements of work.This role requires continued development and dedication to running an efficient sales support process maximizing Customer Success signings and results.This role is part of a global Digital Success team delivering sales assistance to Customer Success Account Managers (CSAM) in every major geography.CSAMs are responsible for direct selling of the entire BMC customer success portfolio to BMC customers.This sales support function will include the preparation of quotations, contributing to RFP responses, assistance with financial models and commercials, crafting credit redemptions, performing account research, navigating internal organisations seeking necessary reviews and approvals, preparation of simple statements of work plus liaising with customers directly for their closure.
Additional language capability (particularly French, German, Spanish, Arabic or Italian) is desirable but not essential.

Solid verbal & written communication skills Effective project and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy High proficiency using the Microsoft Office 365 tools (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Proactive attitude to problem solving A good understanding of design aesthetic and aligning this to BMC branding Ability to provide cross-functional support to other team members An understanding of the sales cycle and a sales environment Experience working on tight and frequently changing deadlines while managing numerous projects in parallel Unrelenting commitment to producing deliverables within deadline requirements The ability to research and interpret data Able to simplify processes and challenge inefficiencies seeking continuous incremental improvements in ways of working Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based work environment Ability to work well with a diverse group of people and cultures Adapts well to changing requirements and deadlines Demonstrates confidence and tact when speaking with customers and peers Work independently with minimal supervision-
