Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Sourcing and Engagement:
• Proactively source new clients through networking, referrals, and other strategic initiatives.
• Attend to client inquiries and provide detailed presentations of the project portfolio.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Closure of Sales:
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales conversions.
• Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. 3. Broker Empanelment and Management:
• Identify and onboard new brokers to expand the company's network.
• Conduct regular training and engagement sessions with brokers to keep them informed about projects, pricing, and updates.
• Monitor and evaluate broker performance, providing necessary support to achieve mutual success. 4. Market Research and Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and competitive benchmarks.
• Provide insights on market trends and client preferences to assist in refining sales strategies. 5. Coordination and Reporting:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, broker activities, and deal closures.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and present to management for performance review.

Key Skills and Attributes:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in real estate luxury sales will be an advantage.

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
