The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Address customer queries across platforms - WhatsApp, email, social mediaTo monitor all shipments on a daily basis to ensure that shipments are dispatched and delivered within assured time framesMaintain inventory for packaging material and replenish stock as neededKeep track of returns, refunds, exchanges and process themManage all marketplace order dispatches, reimbursementsConnect with customers to understand feedbackManaging smooth flow of operations at the warehouseQualificationsPrior experience in e-commerce operations is preferred but not requiredProficiency in using MS Office Suite, specifically ExcelGood verbal and written English communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking skills
