You will guide learners through their educational journey in programs focused on one or more areas including machine learning, artificial intelligence, data engineering, data science, and data analytics, supporting learners from beginners to career-advancing professionals.Day-to-day, you will:Respond to learner questions with clear, actionable guidanceProvide constructive feedback on assignments and projectsBreak down complex technical concepts into digestible explanationsMentor learners at varying experience levels, ensuring each feels supported and motivatedCollaborate with internal teams to identify course improvementsHelp resolve delivery challenges and escalationsWhat we’re looking for: A professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills and genuine passion for education. The ideal candidate seamlessly blends technical knowledge with empathy and exceptional communication abilities.
