Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements. Document requirements and prepare functional specifications in collaboration with senior team members. Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure tasks are delivered as per requirements. Support the preparation of project documentation such as process flows, use cases, and reports. Assist in testing activities by creating test cases, scenarios, and validating deliverables against requirements. Track project progress, update status reports, and highlight risks or delays to the project manager. Provide end-user support, including creating user guides and training materials. Stay updated on industry practices and contribute ideas for process improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Around 1 year of proven experience in project coordination or a similar role. Basic understanding of software project lifecycles and requirements gathering. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with good General Knowledge to stay informed and bring meaningful awareness into discussions and decision-making. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, project managers, and technical teams. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
