Sales Specialist (SaaS / Conversational AI)Location: Bangalore (Only candidates currently based in Bangalore will be considered for this role due to on-site collaboration requirements)Job Summary:Envertiz Consultancy is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Enthusiast with strong experience in the SaaS or Conversational AI space. In this role, you will spearhead revenue growth, build high-value client relationships, and drive the adoption of cutting-edge conversational AI solutions among enterprise customers. If you are passionate about technology, sales, and creating impact—this role is for youRoles & Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and qualify potential sales opportunities for our product offerings within large enterprises across the assigned geography/industry vertical.Achieve sales revenue targets by developing a strong sales strategy.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress consistently.Establish and nurture strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.Support in conducting product demos and effectively communicate the value proposition.Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.Assist in preparing proposals and support the end-to-end deal-closing process.Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights for management.Key Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a reputed institute (Engineering/MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in B2B / SaaS / Enterprise sales; exposure to Conversational AI is a strong advantage.Proven ability to engage and influence decision-makers & key stakeholders.Hands-on experience in solution or concept selling (CRM, ERP, Contact Centers, SaaS, CPaaS, etc.).Strong technical understanding with the ability to explain solutions consultatively.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales success.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
