About the Team
The SEO Strategy and Plannig is responsible for SEO strategy, designing metrics, measure performance, devising automation initiatives. The team partners extensively with cross functional Business, Product and Technology teams to ensure that owned digital assets are accurate, current and provide the best possible customer experience.
Job Summary:
The Lead Analyst – SEO will be responsible for working with a team of analysts in executing content optimization strategies and cutting-edge automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital site operations. This role involves overseeing efficient processes, identifying and implementing the best tools/technology available within and outside the Organization, and applying best practices to maximize team productivity. Demonstrate expertise in data mining, analysis and insight generation to enable data driven decision making and data visualization. The Lead Analyst will work closely with different stakeholders across Enterprise Item Content, IT, Marketing, Product and Technology and other segments of Digital Commerce to ensure alignment on planned initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide team of analysts, ensuring their professional growth and development.
- Oversee the analysis of industry trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape to identify best practices.
- Demonstrate technical excellence in SEO and digital marketing on the projects and for building the function using tools like SemRush, SEOclarity, Search Console and web crawling tools.
- Provide insights, datasets, reporting dashboards, and competitive intelligence for WBR and MBR through data visualization tools like Power BI, Looker or similar tools.
- Aggregate data to support enterprise initiatives from a digital perspective.
- Define metrics, quantitative and qualitative measurement strategies, and drive content and web analytics initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to leverage third-party and internal tools for deriving customer experience insights.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity improvement through automation, product, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with other functions to enhance insights and drive strategic initiatives.
- Study customer behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
- Build and oversee reports using data tools like Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
- Ensure alignment and communication with stakeholders across various departments.
Years of Experience:
• 6+ years of work experience in Analytics & SEO
• 2+ years of Online/ Retail experience
Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree – any discipline (preferred B. Tech/ MBA)

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools like SemRush, SEOclarity, Search Console and web crawling tools.
- Data Analysis - analytical, problem-solving skills
- Experience in 2 or more web analytics or digital experience analytics tools
- Adobe Analytics/ Google Analytics
- Full story or similar tools
- Hotjar or similar tools
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and dynamic environment
- Time-management and organization skills
- Strong execution skills and able to drive operational excellence
- Verbal, written and technical communication skills enabling presentation of concepts and ideas
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- A positive attitude and extreme attention to detail
Secondary Skills (desired)
- JIRA workflow management skills – reporting, dashboard, analysis, data extraction basis JQL query
- Content Management System
