Roles and Responsibility:

Manage Sales Process and Oversee the entire sales process from enquiry to execution and delivery, ensuring timely responses to customer requests. Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met efficiently and effectively. Create and implement a marketing strategy aligned with the business plan, adapting product offerings and branding based on customer needs and competitive analysis. Identify Sales Opportunities by Regularly visit existing customers and engage with consultants and government offices to showcase the product portfolio and generate inquiries. Enhance Customer Relationships by Building and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business through exceptional service. Expand Dealer Network by Evaluating and appoint dealers based on target segments and regions, providing robust training and support to drive sales. Oversee the order execution process, addressing challenges promptly, and respond to customer requests for installations and services. Establish a performance-driven culture within the sales team to motivate and engage members towards achieving sales goals.
