Role OverviewAs our AI & Workflow Automation Specialist, you’ll design, implement, and optimize end-to-end automated systems using no-code/low-code platforms and AI tools. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, and product to:Identify repetitive tasks and bottlenecksMap and document current workflowsBuild scalable, resilient automations that free up team bandwidthIntegrate AI agents (ChatGPT, custom GPTs) to add intelligence, personalization, and error handlingWhat You’ll DoDesign & Build AutomationsCreate workflows in Zapier, Make, n8n,GPT agent mode or similarConnect apps via webhooks, APIs, and built-in integrationsAutomate lead generation, CRM updates, email sequences, reporting, and moreImplement AI-Powered LogicEmbed ChatGPT or other LLM agents into workflows for dynamic content generation, data enrichment, and decision-makingBuild custom GPTs or OpenAI API scripts to handle specialized tasksOptimize & MaintainMonitor performance, error rates, and throughputRefine triggers, filters, and actions to maximize reliability and speedDocument processes, version control workflows, and train team membersCollaborate & AdvisePartner with product, marketing, and operations teams to prioritize automation opportunitiesProvide best-practice recommendations on tool selection and architectureKeep abreast of emerging no-code/AI platforms and propose pilot projectsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience & ExpertiseUnderstanding in Prompt engineering and NEWgen AI.1 year of implementing workflow automations in Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or equivalentHands-on with AI integration—ChatGPT, custom GPTs, or similar LLM agentsTechnical SkillsStrong API/Webhook knowledge; ability to build advanced API callsBasic scripting (Python, JavaScript) for custom logic or data transformationsFamiliarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho), Airtable, Google Workspace, and common SaaS toolsSoft SkillsExcellent problem-solving: break down complex processes into modular workflowsClear communicator: write concise documentation and explain technical concepts to non-tech stakeholdersProactive and detail-oriented: anticipate edge cases and build robust automationsNice-to-HavesCertifications or partner status with Zapier, Make.Com, or another automation platformExperience building dashboards (e.G., Data Studio, Tableau) for automation insightsBackground in SaaS operations.
