Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 training sessions to working professionals across communication, leadership, and critical thinking areas
  • Facilitate modules on themes such as public speaking, strategic thinking, executive presence, decision-making, and workplace communication
  • Personalize training content based on individual learner goals, backgrounds, and behavioral patterns
  • Conduct real-world simulations (e.g. client presentations, feedback conversations, stakeholder escalations) and provide targeted feedback
  • Help learners practice and refine skills such as articulating ideas clearly, thinking on their feet, managing pressure, and handling difficult conversations
  • Track learner progress and support goal achievement through structured feedback and check-ins
  • Collaborate with the learning team to improve training materials, session flow, and learner experience

Required Skills

  • Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to lead engaging 1:1 and group sessions
  • Strong learner-centric approach, with the ability to adapt content and style to individual needs
  • Clear and structured communication both verbal and written
  • Ability to provide precise, actionable feedback that leads to visible learner improvement
  • Strong observation and pattern recognition to identify learner gaps and strengths
  • Time and session management skills to balance structure, depth, and learner pacing
  • Growth mindset with openness to feedback, experimentation, and continuous improvement
