Manager – Pre Sales B2C

Responsibilities
:Building and managing in-house and out sourced tele sales teams.
Responsible for business parameters including customer acquisition and Wealth product sales.
Responsible for smooth customer on-boarding from lead conversion to account activation.
Coordination with different Department to ensure smooth transition of work.
Recruiting and Handling team in terms of performance, training, quality, attrition management etc.
Daily/Monthly reviews meet with the team and management for quality check purposes.
Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills and QA.
Requirements:
MBA from a good institute
8-10 years of experience in running sales oriented call center in BFSI domain.
Good working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM and contact centre solution.
