Role: Key Account Manager – OnboardingLocation: Mumbai Experience: 6–10 years | Industry: SaaS / Enterprise Tech / B2B SolutionsAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Key Account Manager – Onboarding who will lead customer onboarding journeys for newly acquired enterprise accounts. This role focuses on ensuring successful implementation, smooth go-live, and measurable customer adoption.You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Tech teams to deliver an exceptional first experience to clients and establish the foundation for long-term success.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end onboarding of enterprise clients from project kickoff to go-live.Partner with internal teams to ensure timely deployment and high adoption of the solution.Act as the primary client contact during onboarding—facilitating communication, expectation setting, and issue resolution.Drive customer satisfaction and readiness metrics post-deployment.Track onboarding milestones, prepare status reports, and ensure value realization within the first 90 days.Support handover to Customer Success teams for account growth and retention.Ideal Candidate Profile6–10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation for B2B SaaS / Tech platforms.Strong project ownership and ability to manage multiple enterprise onboarding projects simultaneously.Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate business requirements into solution-oriented onboarding plans.Strong problem-solving, presentation, and analytical abilities.
