Role Overview: Business Development Executive

Join Immersive Mobile Designs as a Business Development Executive In this dynamic full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for generating leads, targeting potential US clients, conducting market research, and building strong relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth by identifying new business opportunities and offering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target new clients, primarily in the US market, to grow our client base.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business and expand our reach.
      • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at all levels.
        • Market Research & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and use insights to guide sales strategies.
          • Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and customized proposals to potential clients.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in the IT industry, with a strong background in business development and sales.
    • Proven Track Record: Successful experience in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
      • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT services, technologies, and market trends.
        • Sales Expertise: Ability to exceed monthly and quarterly targets through proactive outreach and new business acquisition.
          • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage at the executive and C-level.
            • Professionalism: High level of integrity, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset.
              • International Experience: Previous experience in expanding business operations internationally is a plus.
