Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design innovative products using CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD) from concept to production release.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, quality, and supply chain to ensure feasibility, cost, and functionality.
  • Lead design reviews, capture feedback, and iterate to improve performance and user value.
  • Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, GD&T, BOMs, and manufacturing specifications.
  • Analyze performance using simulation (FEA/CFD/motion), prototype and test, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Apply DFM/DFA and optimization techniques to enhance manufacturability, reliability, and cost.

Requirements:

  • Stay current on materials, processes, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in CAD; familiar with simulation tools and design optimization methods across the product lifecycle.
  • Preferably with a strong background experience in Heavy equipment manufacturing Industry, Heavy fabrication industry, Stone Crushing equipment manufacturing industry.
