Work Mode: 3 Days Work from Office (Rest Hybrid/Remote if applicable)
Experience: 1+ years in Telesales or Inside Sales
Salary: As per Industry Standards
About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with prior experience in telesales or inside sales. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Kannada and Telugu , confident on calls, and passionate about helping customers make the right choice. You'll be responsible for following up with leads, understanding customer needs, and closing sales over phone or WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential leads
- Explain product/service offerings clearly and persuasively
- Maintain follow-ups with interested prospects
- Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain records of calls and outcomes in CRM tools
- Contribute to team targets and daily sales KPIs
- Minimum 1 year experience in telesales/inside sales
- Fluent in Kannada and Telugu (Hindi/English is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with daily call targets and follow-up routines
- Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM tools
