Job Summary:

We are looking for a Presales Lead – Business Solutions with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in bid management, solutioning, and presales operations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end proposal development, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting sales functions through market insights and content creation.

Candidates must have strong communication and analytical abilities , as well as a sound understanding of software development processes and evolving technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Presales & Solution Engineering

  • Analyze client business needs and design tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and bid responses
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with organizational processes, deadlines, and quality standards

Sales Enablement

  • Partner closely with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities
  • Conduct industry and competitor research to support sales initiatives
  • Assist in nurturing leads and driving conversion efforts

Marketing & Thought Leadership

  • Develop sales content such as case studies , blogs , and pitch decks
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and domain-specific events
  • Follow ISMS (Information Security Management System) guidelines and practices
