Digital + Offline Customer AcquisitionBrainstorm and run scrappy growth experiments across Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta ads, societies, cafés, preschools, events, and hyperlocal hubs.Explore low-cost or no-cost ways to get parents to try Snooplay’s 60-minute delivery.Build small GTM playbooks for micro-neighbourhoods in Delhi NCR.2. Leverage and Nurture the Existing Customer BaseReach out to Snooplay’s current customers via calls, WhatsApp, visits and micro-activations to: understand their experience so far tell them about Snooplay’s new 60-min delivery service and expanded categories nudge them to try us again with relevant, personalised hooks.Identify champion users who can become advocates and referral engines.3. Customer Research & Ground TruthTalk to parents regularly and convert conversations into clear insights & action points.Visit parent communities, societies, baby stores, play schools — know the ground better than Google Analytics.Become the “voice of the customer” inside the room.Who you areA hustler who loves solving problems without waiting for perfect data.Comfortable being in the field, talking to customers, and gathering insights.Sharp communicator.
