If you possess the experience and skill set that aligns with our requirements and vision, then we believe you are the perfect candidate for us.What will you be doing?You will work with our world-class clients, ranging from startups to enterprise software and distinguished internet companies, to ensure that we find the best available talent in the market.Develop and implement comprehensive hiring strategies for niche and senior positions in competitive talent pools.Generate leads by utilizing networking, direct sourcing, and other innovative methods to engage with candidates and building relationships.Stay updated with the latest industry news and trends to identify potential experts who align with the interests of our clients.You'll utilize more than just for deeper research techniques and strategies to find pools of talent and convey those insights back to the hiring team.Proactively reach out to approximately 20 prospective candidates each day, using various methods, to build a strong candidate pipeline. What are we looking for in candidates?You have a good understanding of the Hiring trends, technology market and Companies(Startups and Enterprise).You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal).You are a problem solver and have the ability to work in a fast paced, always-changing environment.The aspiration to be innovative and bringing productive ideas which would contribute to the team’s success.You are eager to learn and enjoy additional responsibilities.
