Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Data and AI Trainer to deliver high-quality, engaging training programs for our corporate clients. You will work closely with our team to translate training outlines into detailed, practice-oriented delivery content, and conduct sessions for technical and non-technical professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training programs for enterprise clients, both online/virtual and in-person across India.
  • Prepare delivery-ready training content based on outlines and learning plans provided by Incubity.
  • Conduct interactive, real-world-oriented training sessions for diverse audiences — from technical teams to business professionals.
  • Adapt content and delivery style to suit varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Stay current with emerging developments, trends, and best practices in AI and related technologies.

Requirements

  • Corporate background — currently working or previously worked in an IT company with exposure to enterprise environments.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in training delivery (corporate, professional, or academic).
  • Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI and Agentic AI.
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
  • (Optional) Expertise in data engineering tools and workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong interest and capability in delivering knowledge to professionals at all levels.
  • Professional freelance trainers with relevant expertise are also welcome to apply.
