Role Overview:

 We are looking for a Manager Interior Designing to handle end-to-end design operations. The role involves managing interior projects, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The person will also work on space planning, construction drawings, and the selection of furniture, fixtures, and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients and clearly explain the design process.

Join site meetings with Sales Managers to understand project requirements.

Prepare and share design timelines with clients, highlighting key milestones.

Understand client needs (both functional & aesthetic) and create customized design concepts.

Prepare detailed quotations with budget clarity for each proposal.

Ensure creative design ideas are practical, functional, and technically feasible.

Coordinate with Sales, 3D Visualization, KWS, and Operations teams for execution.

Develop detailed design drawings with specifications for materials and hardware.

Work closely with the Project Management team to align designs with site conditions.

Maintain proper project documentation and updates in CRM.

Follow and maintain the design & technical standards of Aertsen Living.

Attend training sessions to stay updated on design standards.

Ensure accuracy in all design documents and drawings.

Take proactive steps to resolve design-related challenges.

Deliver high-quality design work and maintain the companys brand reputation.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

7+ years of proven experience in Interior Design, 

Strong knowledge of space planning, detailing, and material selection.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Enscape, or similar tools.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and within budget.

Experience in residential and commercial interior projects preferred.

Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
