In this role, you’ll help bring our ideas and messages to life through meaningful, minimal, and aesthetically refined design. This is a remote opportunity ideal for someone who understands visuals and can design with emotion, simplicity, and balance. Experience creating designs for our programs, static ads, carousels, and marketing materials, etc.Key responsibilities:Design & Creation:Design engaging visual content for social media (static posts, carousels, posters, and paid ads)Create brand-aligned materials for programs, workshops, and retreatsDevelop layouts, typography, and visuals that communicate emotion and clarityTranslate ideas or themes into designs that evoke connection and awarenessMaintain consistency with the brand’s tone, colors, and overall aestheticBrand Identity & Consistency: Ensure all visuals align with our brand guidelines and spiritual/conscious toneEvolve the design language thoughtfully while preserving visual harmonyWork with the content and illustration team to refine the overall visual identityCollaboration & Adaptability:Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to co-create designsBe open to feedback and iterationsRepurpose or adapt existing designs for new formats and platformsYou're a great fit if you:Have a good sense of design aesthetics, typography, and compositionCan create visually soothing and intentional designs that carry emotional resonanceAre familiar with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or FigmaHave experience designing for Instagram, Facebook, and digital campaignsAre organised, reliable, and can manage multiple design tasks independentlyAre open to exploring themes of yoga, spirituality, mindfulness, and conscious livingHave a portfolio or samples of your design work that reflect your style and rangeWhat you'll get:A chance to be part of a conscious, creative team making impact-driven contentFreedom to work from anywhere, at your own pace, while meeting deadlinesOpportunities to grow your design sensibility through meaningful projectsFair compensation based on project scope or retainer (depending on arrangement)
