Job Title: Lead Motion Graphic Designer We’re looking for a Lead Motion Graphic Designer who can craft and execute short-form digital ads from script to completion. This role combines technical mastery in motion design, a strong storytelling and comedic sensibility, and hands-on experience with AI video generation tools. You’ll be responsible for turning concepts into visually engaging, high-impact content that stops the doomscroll and wins consumer love. Key Responsibilities: ● Execution Excellence: Translate video scripts into high-quality, engaging videos. ● Motion Design: Apply advanced skills such as rotoscoping, masking, tracking, and text animation to create visually polished compositions. ● AI Video Creation: Ideate and produce videos using AI tools such as Kling, Veo3, and Higgsfield. ● Project Ownership: Take complete accountability for each project, from brief to delivery, ensuring timely, process-oriented execution. ● Humour & Pop Culture: Create content that’s witty, culturally aware, and well-timed, with a deep understanding of comedic rhythm, nuance, and timing. ● Sound Editing: Handle basic sound design and audio editing to enhance narrative impact. ● Attention to Detail: Maintain high creative and technical standards, with meticulous attention to every frame, transition, and sound cue. ● Continuous Learning: Stay curious and adaptable, quickly learning new tools, techniques, and trends in motion design and AI content creation. Requirements ● Minimum 5 years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing. ● Proven track record of producing high-quality, story-driven ads. ● Strong command of After Effects (must-have), Premiere Pro, and other post-production tools. ● Experience with AI video generation platforms (e.g., Kling, Veo3, Eleven Labs, Higgsfield). ● Demonstrated understanding of humour, pop culture, and internet trends. ● Strong sense of ownership, process orientation, and ability to work within timelines. ● A portfolio showcasing your best work is mandatory for consideration. Nice to Have: ● Experience collaborating with writers, directors, and account managers. ● Familiarity with new-age AI tools for storyboarding, asset generation, or VFX. ● Interest in experimenting with new formats and storytelling techniques.
