We are seeking a talented **Figma Designer** to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences that are both visually appealing and highly functional. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into polished designs using Figma.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation
- Translate product requirements into engaging and intuitive user experiences
- Maintain consistency in design elements across all platforms
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer with a strong Figma portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, etc.)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- [Optional] Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with design systems and style guides
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design
- Previous work in agile environments or tech startups

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
