We’re hiring a Client Partner – Talent Advisory (US & Canada) to join Recfront, a fast-growing talent advisory firm scaling across the North America market.This is a chance to work closely with leadership, shape our US go-to-market strategy, and build meaningful long-term client partnerships in high-value hiring spaces.Location: Remote (India-based)Role Type: Client Partner, US Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing Services SalesAbout RecfrontRecfront is a global talent advisory and executive search firm operating across the US, UAE, and Canada, with strong delivery capabilities across APAC and EMEA.We focus on strategic and high-impact hiring across Consulting, Emerging Technology, and Leadership roles for organizations that are scaling, transforming, or building new business lines.We’re now strengthening our front-end sales presence in the US market, and we’re looking for a Client Partner who can own business development end-to-end.What You’ll OwnLead end-to-end sales for Executive Search, IT Staffing, or RPO offerings in the US marketIdentify, engage, and convert new clients by building trusted relationships with Founders, CHROs, Talent Heads, and Business LeadersBuild and manage a strong, qualified pipeline, drive client conversations, and close strategic accountsWork closely with offshore delivery & research teams to ensure strong execution and client satisfactionUse a consultative, solutions-led sales approach to position Recfront’s value across industries such as Private Equity, Technology, Consulting, Financial Services etc.Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to proposals, negotiation, and closureWho You Are5+ years of experience selling recruitment / executive search / staffing / RPO to US clientsYou come with a strong track record of building and growing client portfolios and meeting revenue goalsYou’re relationship-driven, credible with senior stakeholders, and understand how long-term partnerships are builtYou’re comfortable owning your pipeline independently, while collaborating with delivery teams to executeWhat We’re Looking For5+ years in recruitment or staffing sales leadership rolesA history of surpassing revenue targetsStrong solution-selling and strategic account management capabilitiesAbility to mentor, influence, and elevate talent around youComfortable being hands-on with pipeline, negotiations, deal closures, and large-value transactionsWhy This Role MattersYou’ll play a key role in shaping how Recfront grows in the US market.
