Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate at the junior level to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing our client relationships and expanding our market presence through strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Work experience of at least 1 year in business development or a related field is preferred, demonstrating the ability to generate leads and close sales.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management (Mandatory skill), ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Strong sales skills (Mandatory skill) with the ability to identify and maximize sales opportunities, contributing directly to revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) for clear, professional interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets and analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Effective negotiation skills to close deals favorably while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  • Experience in lead generation techniques, including social media, cold calling, and networking at industry events.
  • Strong presentation skills to convincingly present products and services to prospective clients, stakeholders, and at public forums.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Identify, research, and target new business opportunities in the education technology sector.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
  • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on client and market insights.
