Associate Business Development Executive

The Associate Business Development Executive (ABDE) with 1-2 years of experience will support business growth by identifying new prospects, assisting in lead generation, and contributing to business development initiatives. This entry-level role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with digital sales platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in managing sales processes, preparing proposals, and executing marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue opportunities.
Requirements
Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities through online platforms such as Upwork, Guru, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other digital channels.
Support the preparation and customization of proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for potential clients.
Execute and manage email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients across industries, including real estate, education, healthcare, hospitality, and law firms.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and client information.
Collaborate with senior team members to follow up on leads and support sales closures.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking sales performance metrics.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry meetups when required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in IT/software services.
Familiarity with lead generation tools like Upwork, Guru, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing platforms.
Basic understanding of Google Ads and digital marketing strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and proposal writing.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
A proactive attitude with a keen interest in learning and contributing to business growth.
Experience in the IT or software development industry.
Understanding of web development, mobile app development, or custom software solutions.
Certification in sales, digital marketing, or CRM tools is a plus.
Work Environment:
