Job Title: Director – Cybersecurity Location: Mumbai / Delhi Experience: 14+ Years Industry: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director – Cybersecurity to lead and expand our cybersecurity engagements within the BFSI sector. This strategic role requires a strong background in cybersecurity leadership, a deep understanding of the BFSI domain, and proven capabilities in client management, presales, and delivery. The ideal candidate will bring technical depth, business acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills to build trusted relationships with senior executives at leading banks and financial institutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the cybersecurity strategy, delivery, and growth for BFSI clients across public and private sector banks. Manage and oversee multiple cybersecurity programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, providing strategic counsel on risk posture, threat intelligence, and security frameworks. Drive business development and presales activities including proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, and executive presentations. Build and lead high-performing cybersecurity teams; mentor mid and senior-level professionals. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal practices, delivery teams, and technology partners to ensure end-to-end solution success. Monitor the evolving threat landscape and guide clients in implementing proactive defense strategies. Requirements: Minimum 14 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles. Extensive experience in managing cybersecurity engagements for BFSI clients (especially banks). Strong experience in client-facing and market-facing roles; ability to engage with executive leadership. Hands-on expertise in presales, solution architecture, delivery leadership, and client relationship management. Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.), data protection regulations, and Indian BFSI compliance requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to drive cybersecurity business growth and build strong delivery teams.
