About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled CSA to join our growing team:

  • Responding to inquiries or complaints about services/Products.
  • Ensures timely receipt, from the appropriate sources, of information, raw material, and other inputs needed to successfully execute clients' services.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Support.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • It is important to have functional testing skills since we also have our trading system and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with individuals in dispersed locations.

  • Experience with trading strategies for securities, options, and trading platforms.
  • Experience working with banks, brokers, or other financial institutions.
