
Outbound Sales Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers (WFH) to join our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to call customers who have abandoned their carts on our website and convert them into successful orders. This role is crucial in improving our sales conversions and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to customers who left items in their cart.
- Convince and assist them to complete their purchase.
- Answer customer queries about products, offers, delivery, and payments.
- Share active offers (discounts, combos, BOGO, etc.) to boost conversions.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and report conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales & recovery targets.
- Prior telecalling / telesales / customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (regional languages a plus).
- Comfortable making 100–150 calls/day.
- Persuasive, confident, and target-driven attitude.
- Laptop with stable internet connection.
- Basic Excel Skills
- Ability to work independently from home.
