- Identify and close new business opportunities in the corporate wellness space.
- Partner with HR leaders and CXOs to design impactful employee wellness solutions.
- Manage key accounts with focus on retention, renewals, upselling & cross-selling.
- Act as a trusted advisor by positioning the company's unique value proposition.
- Share actionable client insights with the product team to drive innovation.
- Consistently exceed revenue and growth targets.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, wellness, SaaS, or similar domains.
- Strong communication, influencing & negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Structured problem-solver with a growth mindset.
- Passion for health, wellness-tech, and employee well-being.
