Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals for DealConverter CRM. You'll play a key role in increasing adoption of our platform across small and medium businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct product demos (online/offline) to showcase the benefits of DealConverter CRM.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Understand client needs and recommend the right CRM solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on product features, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or in a similar sales role (preferably SaaS or CRM sales).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (experience in selling software/SaaS is highly preferred).
