Sourcing the right profiles from US-specific job portals like Dice, LinkedIn and Indeed and for India-specific job portals like Naukri. 2. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to identify top talent 3. Managing client relationships and understanding their hiring needs 4. Utilizing ATS to streamline the recruitment process and track candidate data 5. Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends 6. Negotiating job offers 7. Collaborating with team members to ensure successful recruitment outcomes Mentoring Junior Recruiters and managing a team of 3-5 people. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for recruitment, we want to hear from you Other requirements 1. Recruiters with experience in closing for roles at product-based companies 2. Experience in closing for US-based roles is also a plus 3.
