Job Title: Senior Recruiter Vocational Business
Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)
Salary Range: 1012 LPA
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Experience : Above 5-7 Years (Edtech Preffered)
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead and manage hiring across our Vocational
Business vertical. This individual will serve as the single point of contact for all hiring
requirements spanning both tech and non-tech roles. The ideal candidate should bring
strong communication skills, the ability to handle pressure, and the agility to work smartly in a
fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison for all recruitment needs across the vocational business.
Drive end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech positions, ensuring alignment with
business requirements.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring strategies, and
timelines.
Manage bulk hiring drives as well as niche role closures with equal efficiency.
Ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through effective sourcing strategies
(portals, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing).
Conduct screening, shortlisting, interviews, and coordination with stakeholders.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate
experience.
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants, and candidates.
Provide regular hiring status updates to leadership.
Requirements
57 years of recruitment experience, preferably in EdTech or high-growth
industries.
Proven expertise in managing both tech and non-tech hiring.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.
Hands-on experience with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics.
Track record of driving hiring closures independently.
Must be based in/willing to relocate to Gurgaon (Work From Office role).
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
