Position Overview We are seeking an experienced full-stack production engineer to join our team in a critical role managing production environments and full-stack development operations. Important: We only hire candidates based in Manipur. Job Details Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office Schedule: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST, 6 days per week Working Hours: 9 hours per day Required Qualifications Experience 4-5 years of hands-on production experience Proven track record in full-stack development and production support Technical Skills Full Stack Development: Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies Jira: Advanced knowledge of Jira for project management, issue tracking, and workflow management GitHub Copilot: Working knowledge and experience using AI-assisted coding tools Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain production environments to ensure optimal performance and uptime Develop and deploy full-stack applications and features Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner Utilize Jira for sprint planning, task tracking, and team collaboration Leverage GitHub Copilot to enhance development efficiency and code quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions Implement best practices for code deployment and version control Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who thrives in production environments, can work independently during evening hours, and has a strong foundation in full-stack technologies with excellent problem-solving abilities.
