We specialize in high-accuracy real-time Video Inference solutions and are dedicated to creating pragmatic AI products and solutions with the highest accuracy, affordable compute costs, and flexible deployment models.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) with 2–4 years of experience to join our fast-growing startup team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the frontend and backend, enjoy building scalable products from scratch, and take ownership of features end-to-end.You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build modern, high-performance web applications.Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack- Build responsive and performant frontend applications using React with TypeScript- Develop scalable backend services using Node.js- Design and integrate APIs and backend logic- Work with databases to model, store, and retrieve application data efficiently- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end- Identify, debug, and fix performance, security, and reliability issues- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practicesRequired Qualifications- 2–4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Frontend-leaning Full Stack Developer- Strong hands-on experience with React + TypeScript (mandatory)- Good proficiency in Node.js- Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases- Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and data flow- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows- Ability to write scalable, reusable, and testable codeExpected Qualifications- Knowledge on Express.js- Prior experience building applications in the MERN stack- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or production deployments- Startup experience or ownership of features in live productsNice to Have- Understanding of system design and software architecture- Experience with performance optimization and scalability- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
