If you enjoy end-to-end ownership — backend, frontend, architecture, performance, and user experience — you’ll thrive here.Role OverviewAs a Full Stack Engineer at Exxat, you will:Design, develop and enhance microservices-based web applicationsOwn features end-to-end — from requirement analysis to deployment and monitoringWork closely with architects, product managers and UI/UX teams to deliver exceptional featuresDrive engineering excellence with clean, secure, maintainable code and automationYou’ll contribute to solutions used by thousands of clinical students and healthcare partners across the US.Key ResponsibilitiesSolve complex engineering problems with sound design approaches using HLDs and LLDsBuild high-performance backend services using Go / C# .NET / Java (preferred)Develop modern web frontends using React or Angular with JavaScript/TypeScriptFollow full stack architecture principles — API, UI, database, security, caching, observabilityDevelop scalable microservices with strong APIs and integrationsEnsure quality, reliability, maintainability and performanceWrite automated unit & integration tests as part of every deliverableParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvementMentor junior developers on design, coding, and code reviewsSupport DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization and automationConduct POCs to evaluate new technologies and enhance product capabilitiesRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience in enterprise-grade or SaaS productsStrong knowledge of:Backend: Go / C#/.NET / JavaFrontend: React or Angular , JavaScript/TypeScriptDatabases: SQL or NoSQL (MongoDB preferred)Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, design patterns, SOLID principlesExperience with: REST APIs , microservices architecture, API securityAgile Scrum and SDLC best practicesStrong debugging, problem-solving and performance-optimization skills
