We offer deep sector expertise across a full range of products and services in investment banking, equities, fixed income, asset and wealth management in the Americas, Europe and the Middle East and Asia.Campus Recruiting Operations - (this role will support 40% APAC; 40% EMEA; 20% U.S.):Will be responsible for supporting execution of interview scheduling, including building schedules and preparing materialsWill be responsible for assisting with candidate travel arrangementsWill be responsible for preparing historical recruiting data reportsWill be responsible for downloading resume books from ORC.Will be responsible for preparing contracts for new hiresWill be responsible for managing onboarding by sending forms and tracking statusWill be responsible for supporting candidate travel for summer intern and full-time orientation and trainingWill be responsible for handling contract extensionsQualifications: Bachelor's degree with a strong academic recordExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent prioritization, writing, and oral communication skills are requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)Quick learner with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyAbility to effectively work in a fast paced, detail oriented and deadline focused environmentAt Jefferies, we believe that diversity fosters creativity, innovation and thought leadership through the infusion of new ideas and perspectives.
