About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to spearhead recruitment efforts for a rapidly growing organization.The Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee the development and implementation of strategic recruitment plans, focusing on senior engineering and GTM roles. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, able to operate independently as a primary or sole recruiter.Responsibilities:Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define role scopes, success profiles, and interview plans.Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, offers, and onboarding.Establish and maintain robust talent pipelines across multiple disciplines.Implement and manage ATS, scorecards, and basic recruitment analytics.Lead employer branding activities, including careers page management, candidate materials, and social presence.Develop and document comprehensive HR processes for new hires.Requirements:At least 7 years of talent acquisition experience in fast-growing tech or SaaS companies.Experience operating as a primary or sole recruiter/TA lead for a business unit or startup.A highly organized and data-driven approach to recruitment and process improvement.Ideal CandidateCandidates should come from high-growth tech or SaaS environments, media/production houses, or creative agencies with strong in-house TA functions.
