Job Description: Domestic Non-IT Recruiter (Banking, Insurance & Finance)Company: IMR Soft Location: Hyderabad Experience: 2+ Years (IT & Non-IT Recruitment) Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Availability: Immediate Joiners PreferredAbout the RoleIMR Soft is looking for a dynamic and skilled Non-IT Recruiter with strong experience in sourcing and hiring for Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and the capability to handle multiple mandates efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for Banking, Finance, and Insurance industry roles.Understand client requirements thoroughly and deliver quality profiles within deadlines.Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, networking, references, and internal database.Screen, evaluate, and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely updates on hiring progress.Build and manage a talent pipeline for recurring hiring needs.Ensure smooth onboarding support for selected candidates.Work closely with internal teams to ensure closure of positions within TAT.Required Skills & Qualifications2+ years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment, with strong exposure to Banking, Finance, and Insurance hiring.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, , Indeed, and other platforms.Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.Good understanding of hiring for BFSI roles like:Relationship ManagersInsurance Agents / AdvisorsCredit AnalystsLoan Processing executivesCustomer Support – BankingSales, Collections & Operations rolesStrong negotiation and closing skills.Immediate joiners preferred.
